Don't even bother calling them. I called to make an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon they said "call us back at 8AM we schedule 3 days out, and that's when you can get an appointment." OK, that's poor approach to a business of any sort but I called back at 8AM Wednesday. They said "we don't have anything available but you can try back later"...are you KIDDING? People with Anxiety gonna call these jokers LOL...don't waste your time.
Worst experience ever !!! Unprofessional, unhelpful, rude , condescending, poor manors, uncouth!!! Do not come here !!! Find somebody else !!! Worst healthcare front desk!! 1 of the 3-4 people who answers the phone at this location is really rude and unprofessional. There appears to be a lack of accountability and oversight here because I have personally emailed the administration about this issue and received zero response. As I wait for an appointment with a provider, the impression being made by the people answering the phones colors the entire organization. If you have better options, save your self some time and don't go here. Called this place multiple times and they put me on hold for like almost half an hour with no response. Can't even get an appointment even if I tried through the phone. Only reason why I did come here was because my therapist and Psychiatric provider were decent. However the way the office staff treats the patients, is unacceptable.
DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO ANY SORT OF SERVICES WITH THEM. Disgusting.
