I've had nothing but good experiences here, shocked by the low rating. Yes, the scheduling policies are a bit odd but the healthcare providers and staff have always been accommodating.
Horrible they try to get u to do more therapy than u need ie.IOP/PHP... when u need trauma therapy or EMDR. Idk why I was even sent here from inpatient. What a joke.
Don't even bother calling them. I called to make an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon they said "call us back at 8AM we schedule 3 days out, and that's when you can get an appointment." OK, that's poor approach to a business of any sort but I called back at 8AM Wednesday. They said "we don't have anything available but you can try back later"...are you KIDDING? People with Anxiety gonna call these jokers LOL...don't waste your time.
Worst experience ever !!! Unprofessional, unhelpful, rude , condescending, poor manors, uncouth!!! Do not come here !!! Find somebody else !!! Worst healthcare front desk!! They need to give their in-takers therapy! I’m more traumatized now then before I called here ! They should be ashamed of themselves how you helping other people when you need help yourself !
