Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet? Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet? Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up? No, I've even asked them to do it and they always forget. It is so frustrating Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members.
