My nurse practitioner moved from my old clinic in September and I came here with her. All of my medical stuff is now under Montefiore.
The worst in terms of Appt and picking up the phone.
Dr. Julia is the best! Every visit with her is a great experience. She takes the time to listen carefully to your concerns and always provides thoughtful solutions. Most importantly, she makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. Montefiore Medical Center is lucky to have her!
Horrible experience!!! my mom was seen by Maria Diaz this doctor was very rude, dismissive, and lacked basic compassion. Instead of making my mom feel heard and supported, her behavior made my mom feel uncomfortable and upset to the point of tears. No patient should ever leave a medical appointment feeling worse emotionally than when they arrived. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking respectful and caring treatment.
I had my 1rst day here last week. I have not been to the Doctor for 3 years because my long time family Dr stopped practicing due to age and I recently found out he has passed away. I waited only a few minutes before being called. I was greeted by Melody Correa who immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She talked with me and really listened.
