I have been coming here for a year and all the coaches are great.
I’ve been a member of Uave CF since 2021 and it has changed my life. The coaches are great, the facilities are amazing and the community is awesome. The gym is like a second home to me.
U Ave is such a great place whether you’re new to CrossFit or have been doing it for a while! The coaches are supportive and the community is so welcoming! The atmosphere makes every workout enjoyable, even when it’s challenging. I’ve had such a great experience here and would highly recommend U Ave to anyone looking for a CrossFit gym
