I had a great experience at University Auto Repair! Bashir is one of the most patient and respectful people I’ve ever met. I brought in my car with a small scrape, and he fixed it perfectly, just the way I asked. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, made sure everything was covered by my insurance, and called me right away when the car was ready. His work is amazing and the service is top-notch. After years in the twin cities going from mechanic to mechanic, not finding one who would be fair priced and decent to women overall, I finally found these guys and I am beyond THRILLED! Each time they have done quality work for reasonable prices and every one I have spoken with took time to walk me through the analysis of the car issues and what they did to fix it. Very refreshingly transparent! Highly recommend!
