Service department is great and kind
I drove from Las Vegas to Ellensburg for a wildfire assignment, and after 1,020 miles with no issues my glow plug light came on. Thankfully I was in a town with a Ram dealership. I spoke with the service advisor and they were able to get my truck in the next day. The service was completed timely and the staff was very friendly. They recommended other services based on my truck mileage but after performing an inspection they noted that the additional services weren’t necessary. I appreciated that honesty.
