Would highly recommend NOT using University Auto &Towing for anything. Had an oil change done there and they broke the housing when they screwed the oil filter on too tight. They didn't offer to fix it and asked where I wanted my car my car to go. They don't own up to their mistakes and try to come up with every reason why it wasn't them that did it. Very shady company and they lie. Even their tow truck driver refuses to take any vehicles there to be serviced because it will break down and just have to come back again. Prett... read more
One of their drivers almost hit me twice due to his excessive speeding on 933 and changing lanes with no signal. I called to inform the company of his negligence and he answered and proceeded to cuss me out and hang up. I called again and a 2nd individual hung up on me. Trash business. I'd let my car sit for a week before I trusted them to tow it.
