Their phone number is no longer active and when I call other UBMD offices no one has a number to share. How are you all part of the same medical group and you dont have a directory of your other offices and specialities? Tells me all I need to know and to stay away from these offices.
5 stars for Dr. Carr (only) she’s extremely clean, highly experienced however, seemingly burnt out though so this review doesn’t apply to her because it’s not her fault there’s a shortage of ENT providers in this area. The wait list is unacceptable I’m so sick and tired of dealing with their office. If you’re pregnant you might as well call now and get an appointment for your child if and when they get sick and need to be seen. Dr. Pizzuto is great but the office staff and billing staff do come across as very unprofessional, and the wait times to be seen can be obnoxiously long which is difficult for those of us with very young children.
Very unprofessional I have called off of work three times in a row for them to cancel the day of every time not even trying to accommodate my schedule please take your health concerns elsewhere
Dr. Carr and her staff are wonderful. Youngest son needed tubes and it was as about as painless as possible. Front desk staff has been nothing but helpful when we've called for questions or issues in the year we have been patients. Highly recommend to fellow parents.
