The nurse Cynthia is really the only good thing about this place. Some of the midwives are pleasant to speak with, but you will wait sometimes over an hour to be seen. The scheduling is not great. Front desk is curt and seems bothered to be assisting you. Check out is the same. I had them as my practitioners through my second sons entire pregnancy and then I delivered at home accidentally bc I had a very rapid labor. It almost seemed like that annoyed some of the midwives. really great friendly place and diverse but when you try to get in contact with a nurse a nonemergency to figure out your insurance and coverage for medication, you just have a hard time getting in touch with anybody. You have to constantly be sent to voicemail, especially when you’re in a time crunch situation and you need this medication for your health
They helped me so much. Coming from another practice later in my pregnancy (25 weeks) with a rare high risk complication they followed guidelines and made sure I felt safe in my plan. Throughout my hospital stay they had amazing bedside manner and even after my birth.
Do not let them convince you to get a IUD (mirena specifically) got mine when my son was born almost 4 years ago recently decided that I wanted to get it removed and I’m having the hardest time trying to get it removed . I’ve gone 3 times to a regular gynecologist to try and get it removed. Had to go get an ultrasound pay out-of-pocket because I don’t have insurance because they didn’t insert it correctly in this location and they can’t find the strings so I called to try to get it removed in this location but it’s almost $4... read more
