This apartment complex took it upon themselves to collect rent during the coronavirus when students were asked to leave campus. Then they raised the price of rent $60 a month per person. They did not let their students know in a fair manner and were very disagreeable when I brought it up to them. They also are charging students $100 a day per person to live at the apartment because there was a gap in the lease agreement. I would not recommend this apartment complex and I think the people that own this are unconscionable
