If I could give no stars and make a review I would. You don't make a scene in the waiting room with a elder person and her dog. And and blurt out that your dog has cancer and we need to do surgery and make a scene whenever she ask you how much that's very unprofessional
I had to send my cat, Roxanne, to the Rainbow Bridge; She was 19 years old and dying. The staff were kind and professional, and didn't hurry me as I held her in my arms after she passed.
A friend recommended University to me over a year ago, and I couldn’t be happier with them. The most kind and caring staff. Dr. Wolfe is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Everyone here goes above and beyond - I would highly recommend them to anyone and I’m so grateful to have found them!
I’m not one to typical leave reviews, but Dr. Wolfe and his team have been the best vet i’ve experienced in years with both price and service. Even with slammed schedule, they squeezed us in and thoroughly explained everything to me from what his plan was, potential risks, and things to look for when we got home. I had a million questions, and the staff didn’t make me feel like a burden for asking them. I also received a follow up call the next day to make sure she was doing okay. I could not recommend them enough.
