Amazing vet office! We recently moved and were pleasantly surprised by how professional and caring the staff is. A special thank-you to Dr. Lexi and Fallyn, who took such great care of our pup. We highly recommend this office to anyone looking for knowledgeable and professional veterinary care!
Took our pup pup Driver with swollen face. Reception when entering 5* and Zoey came out to bring us right into room. Such kindness and professionalism. Dr. Lexi looked over Driver with questions to me. Gave Driver 3 injections and will see by tomorrow for follow up. Maybe bug sting or tooth issue. Will see soon. Again when leaving reception was fantastic. You all made my visit welcomed and relieved so far. Drivers swelling is less but will see by Wed. Thank you again there at University Animal in Sarasota!!
Love UCA! The staff is always so kind. Suzanne and Ashley are always so happy to see us and create a friendly environment as soon as you walk in. Dr. Lexi and her wonderful vet tech listen to any concerns I have regarding my animals. They respect my thoughts on my dog's health while helping me make informed decisions. I greatly appreciate the care they provide. My dog is friendly but because of his past before we rescued him, he tends to be shy. They made him feel happy and safe while handling him. We couldn’t be happier with the care our mini Australian Labradoodle receives here. From the moment we walk in, the front desk staff is warm, organized, and genuinely welcoming (Suzanne - Ashley). They make check-in smooth and always greet our dog with kindness. The vet techs are fantastic—gentle, patient, and clearly skilled. Very competent care & we were very impressed with the kind attentive care given to our parakeet. Ray is “the bird whisperer” as our little guy didn’t swarm or squawk during handling him for his exam. Dr Cohen was very thorough & gentle during the whole exam. We have found our new veterinarian for our parakeet!
