Never received a bill for a balance, but 8 weeks after surgery, received a collection notice. Very odd. If a balance is owed, would be helpful to send a bill instead of to a collection agency.
The doctors were wonderful The billing dept is in bad shape Only 10 weeks after surgery I get a final notice or collections on my $180.00 bill Really unprofessional Time to make a change in billing
Never knew there was a separate bill until the debt collection agency sent a notice in the mail 3-6 months after the surgery

Horrible Billing Experience Went to pay bill online only to find this group does not have an online payment system. Must still be operating with 1990's operating systems. So I called them up and gave them my credit card information and advised them to process the entire balance all at once. They took my information and advised everything was in order.
