If I could give this place minus stars I would. I lived in Uni 114 for one year as a university student. The only thing I appreciated was the location, everything else was very disappointing. The building feels cheaply and hastily constructed. There’s only one amenities room for gatherings, and that’s about it for any perks. For the rent they charge, you can easily find another place nearby that actually has a gym or better facilities.
