Lived here for 2 months. Note that most if not all of their 5 star reviews are from their marketing company “MLZ Creative” and the property manager and not from actual tenants (or prospective ones). Moved out due to sound traveling easily throughout the unit from the person above me. There is no proper air conditioning (in the hallways) so the building is almost always hotter inside than it is outside. Beautiful brand new building. Love the interior, perfect for student life. Right across the university. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Kevin. Only thing that bothers me is the air flow and no air conditioning. Modern and new buildings like U114 should be equipped with such amenities. 26 degrees inside the apartment when 24 degrees outside. The owners should look into providing this basic necessity. Get an air conditioning system please. Thank you.
Building was very modern, close to lots of amenities! Kevin was extremely helpful and friendly while showing me around😊Highly recommend !!
