The building is relatively new, but the construction and planning are extremely poor. The units get unbearably hot during the summer, and even basic features like the side gates don’t function properly—they don’t even close. Their so-called one-bedroom units are so small and poorly designed that they hardly qualify as proper suites. The washer-dryer combo that management seems proud of is practically useless. I loved my time living here in my studio, was definitely a bit hot in the summer but always felt safe and comfortable here
Run. Run as far away as you can from this place. The management and admin staff are completely incompetent. They messed up payments & documents several times and were absolutely awful to deal with. Units are disgustingly hot in summer and walls are thin. I could hear neighbours conversations above, below and beside my unit. Despite being a new building, the units are miserable in the summer due to lack of central air conditioning. For the same rent, you might find more livable buildings in the university area.
If the price is similar, I would recommend going with a different condo. They’re planning to increase the price significantly after a year. Also, I was really annoyed to hear the manager speaking differently behind my back. He didn't recognize the call was ended. If you do not want to hear someone talking behind you, I do not recommend this condo.
