I really enjoyed working with universe moving. They helped me move from Ottawa to Toronto. The manager and moving team are very responsive, polite and trustworthy. Their pricing is also very reasonable. The moving team disassembled my furniture, packed all things from my townhouse, drove to Toronto and reassembled everything back all on one day! Amazing job! Thank you Universe moving! Highly recommend!

Wish I could agree with most reviews below but unfortunately we had a different experience with universe moving. Unprofessional and overcharged. When issues brought to owner, excuses made and customer blamed. I would not recommend this company. EDITTED to response by owner*** 1) case proven - blaming the client 2) there was damage - I sent you pictures - you did nothing about it 3) communication breakdown as you did not listen, made excuses and blamed us saying we did not contact manager which is untrue - we did call with co... read more
I've used Universe Movers twice in the past two years. Both times, I'm so happy and relieved that I decided to hire movers rather than lug heavy furniture and boxes myself. They also make the process easy - they're on time, reliable and clearly communicate how they do their work. Would recommend and use again.
