Today my son was released(terminated) and told he was not a “good fit”. I wonder what that means. Corporate will hear about it. Inappropriate. He was told after a full day of labor. These young men need to be at work and not outside. He comes home happy now hurt because this sounds racist. Unfit? Definitely could have said something different. He was also told that they are considering someone else, but the “unfit”. Needs to definitely be explained.
