Great patio door and warranty, very poor communication. I ordered the door during the summer of 2023 with a signed purchase agreement from sales rep. The sales rep then quit without telling another colleague (apparently), existing colleagues failed to assume his orders, and the door was not ordered (as winter approaches with my family of 5). My initial review of this company was one star, due to not receiving a quote in a timely manner (basically, I felt that I was being ignored). Following that posting, I was contacted by a rep for the company (not the same one who I dealt with before) who apologized and has since handled my requests in a timely and professional manner. Ya it started out my mother needed a door done ,we called and this guy named Jonathan came out,the most ,respectful, kindness guy,that explains to your level not there words ,so you understand everything, and honestly if it wasn't for Jonathan I wouldn't have went with them, he can really sell a island in Alaska, because I needed windows done,and a couple more things and he was right on it,if you want quality work and someone that would do anything in his power to get it done, and explain to you like you a regular person, th... read more
