Extremely terrible experience. I ordered an entry door from them in April 2022. per the owner the first door was dropped when unloading from the truck and was broken. it was reordered at least 2 more times with at least 2 more excuses why it was not delivered and installed. One excuse was that a disgruntled employee cancelled a bunch of orders before he quit, one of which was mine. It is now 15 months later and I still dont have the door replaced.
