Windows and doors were installed efficiently and they did a great job of cleaning up after the installation!
The guys were super friendly and polite, they did an excellent job, but they left the mess inside for me to clean up. Also 7 windows should not cost $8000 but the salesman is very pushy. I am in the hospital or I would have included pictures.
Windows Direct has been an amazing company to deal with. They have replaced every window in our house (not all at once) and our front door. They offer a lifetime guarantee for as long as you own the residence. They are efficient and very friendly.
Everything about this experience has been a nightmare.Run the other direction while you still have a chance before they take your money and then make false promises on the quality of work that you will receive.They have my door protruding off of my house by at least two inches. They have it caulked to my deck boards then never removed old caulk around the frame before reinstalling door and putting new over preexisting old!
