I purchased double doors from them, paid $3,000. for them, Thought was a lifetime warranty. are metal doors, one is dented, now the paint is peeling on the other one. ONLY 5 YEAR WARRANTY!!!!!!! What a joke. I used Window World for my windows & they were fantastic, had a problem with frames 3 years after i bought them, they replace all of my house for FREE!!!!! I will never recommend these people,
Initial Order june 17th 2020 Contract 4-6 weeks delivered and installed by Universal windows. Life warranty Quality ref : SUPREME windows 12 x 8 Paid $1000 cc down payment over the phone 4 MONTHS LATER OCTOBER!!! October 8th delivery / installation WRONG Doors. Cheap frame that doesn't work with the windows 2 holes, no isolated. Windows Darker and lock does not work.
