Windows were just ordered, but I'm 99.9% confident that the installation process will be as smooth. UPDATE: Window installed, and look awesome! They look better than I could have imagined. Replaced all windows in my house and basement also all outside doors. It was expensive but a job well done! Brick house so they had to cut out all the old steel windows which added to my cost! Would do it again.
Quality, Installation, Service and Owner were all a good experience. From the quote to the installation there were no problems and I would highly recommend this company and this installer. Marc and his team of installers are top notch. From a no pressure sales job to the efficient install, I couldn't have had a better experience. It is always nice to know you have a good feeling about a contractor and someone you trust. And the product quality speaks for itself!

We had 7 windows installed and had a fantastic experience! The workers were courteous, fast, and clean. We have had the windows for almost a year now and we can’t say enough how much we love them. They have cut the noise outside down tremendously, they are easy to clean, and there is a noticeable difference in our energy savings! Highly recommend Universal Windows to anyone!
