Universal Windows Direct is a joke! Six years ago we had a roof installed; shortly thereafter our roof began to leak in places it never had leaked before! Marc ********************** tried to convince me with his condescending attitude we were at fault because some of the wood was rotten on our house where the roof met the wood and everything was installed correctly. We also had some shingles that came loose along a dormer on the garage. To fix they literally put a nail in each shingle that was loose to keep them in place!! ... read more

Universal replaced all our windows and gutters and they also recommended a painter for our shutters and front door. We are very happy with how everything turned out and Marc was available to answer any questions we had during the entire process. We’ve already recommended them to a neighbor and some family members. Universal replaced our roof, most of our windows and gutters/gutter guards. Their prices were fair; and when we had issues with something, Kyle made sure it was addressed.
