The workmen were fabulous. The company has been horrendous to work with. They do not return our calls.

We had originally signed with them. Later, we thought about it and decided to cancel. This company was able to charge my credit card in a heartbeat, but as far as getting a refund, I we originally called the day after. Company stated we have to talk to a sales manager. They state it could take up to 48 hrs for a call from a sales manager. We never got a call from the sales manager, so we reached out to them again this morning. We spoke to Mike, one of the sales managers which he stated he will process the refund and email us... read more
