Do NOT do business with JOHN L. Or affiliates !! He has scammed and robbed over a dozen people including myself. I paid a deposit over 2 months ago and haven’t heard from him or his office!! He finally texted me last night after having called him 20 times, and gave me his attorneys info!!! Do not do business with him!!!!!

I was skeptical at first about getting new windows (new home owner) but the time effort and care the people at Universal put into me and my wife was extremely impressive. I was always greeted with happy smiling faces and they made the picking out/ purchasing process such a hassle free experience. My wife loves her new windows and we will defiantly be going back to finish remodeling our home‼️
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. John does not honor contracts and has every excuse imaginable even for not showing up to court. Do not do business with this company
My door was to be installed late 2018 and still nothing. We had one date scheduled and they delayed due to weather. Since then I've been called by this company about buying a new door...I've already paid for mine and just need the one I bought be installed. I've had a few emails with promises to call and nothing. The voicemail box is full and I am very frustrated.
