The guys showed up on time,answered questions, explained things to me and cleaned up the mess!!
Everything in the process was just as planned. Sales, scheduling, and installation was very professional.
Mar 28 2024: UWD showed up with 8’ trim just like they did in December last year. You can’t make this stuff up! Feb 20, 2024: After the THIRD failed attempt to complete the installation we were promised mid-February delivery of the trim. We called yesterday since mid Feb passed with no update. New promise is March 8th per a return call we received today. Dec 4, 2023: UWD showed up this morning to complete the installation for the third time. The trim is cut to 8' for a 9' door. Matt, our sales guy, was such a cool guy and related to us. We definitely recommend this company they're willing to work with you, your schedule, and your budget. Again, Matt was amazing!!!!
