I hired these guys to do my windows and doors in my townhouse. They did not start when promised (months late) took 2 weeks on a 3 to4 day job...after a few months 1 of the sliding glass doors stopped closing properly ( the door was misaligned ) . I've spent the last year getting the runaround from Bogdon with continued excuses and promises of being here in "2 weeks" to fix the issue. He still has not showed up...complete low life. I have no respect for this man or his business ..STAY AWAY from this business
From the initial consultation (quote), all the way to completion of the job, very professional not to mention, flawlessly executed. Amazing service, exceptional customer service and top notch quality product. Installation was painless, completed in a timely fashion, very clean and executed by friendly employees. Loving the curb appeal the new door brought. Extremely satisfied.
We just had our windows done by Bogdan and his wonderful team at Universal Windoors. They were very professional, installed the windows with little disturbance, cleaned up as they worked and finished leaving beautiful windows that we are very happy with. Pricing was very good and we highly recommend them.
Great company and very fair prices. I have had all my windows replaced by this company as well as doors. Always on time, good quality work. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I have already many times.
