This is a great place to work! I look forward to going in every day. Really. it's a long established, and recently growing/expanding company that puts out some of the highest quality heavy welding/fabrication and repairs I've been a part of most of my life. They give great opportunities for growth and learning. Don't be intimidated! Apply and learn more. Whether you're trying to be a customer or employee, this place isn't just worth the look to get what you want. It IS the look you want.
Racism engrained in their company culture is overwhelming and unbearable. Company president violates labor laws by punishing employees who speak about their wages to other employees. Due to the low quality of their work, they often drastically reduce their quoted pricing just to keep their shop busy. Very easy to haggle with.
