They hit my home with a 40 yard dumpster and it took weeks to even hear back from them. They also will try and up-charge you on dumpster services.

I just want to give a shoutout to our trash pick up guy Lil Rob. He goes above and beyond. He does a great job never misses pick up.

Horrendous service. They make up excuses to not pick up the trash, like not having the lid completely closed. Absolutely ridiculous; it has happened before and I don’t even know what the excuse was then. Please do your job for the service we pay!! What happens then, when you don’t pick up the trash one week and the lids aren’t closed at all?? This is absurd.

If you want your trash picked up whenever they feel like it or not at all, like having your trash can left down the street because they drove off with it, like dealing with rude truck drivers who curse at you, like rude receptionists who don't care, or love having to call your trash company every week because they don't do know how to do their job.. then this is the company for you. Otherwise would not recommend.

One of your drivers almost ran me off the road on Camino Del Sur near Santaluz in San Diego. He was driving 10mph with his hazard lights on and weaving in the lane. Looked like he was on his phone.
