I was so impressed with he’s service that I wanted to take the time to bring their excellent performance to your attention. He goes way beyond his work expectations I’m putting 5 stars but he deserves 5 more . Thank you for your services .
Do everything you can to stay away from this company. I should have read the reviews first. Giving you fair warning here. Extremely poor customer service. Said they delivered a trash bin when we NEVER received one and continued to call me a liar. Waited over 2 months for a refund after being told it would be a couple weeks. They are a very disorganized company. You have been warned. Make a wise choice and do not go with Universal Waste. It will be a waste if your money, time and sanity!
This is what happens when there is no competition. They are either a day late or they show up before 7. They spill stuff everywhere and don't clean it up. They complain about where you put your bin, but then they leave it tipped over or in the middle of the street or in the middle of the driveway. And they seem to be trying to get rid of recycling service by making the terms unreasonable.
This is the worst trash service I've ever received. If they don't scatter trash all over my street because the driver tries to pick up the can without stopping they pickup the can and move it to the middle of my driveway so I can't pull in. For three weeks my road has been under construction (not on the side that the trash can is picked up) and they have missed 3 trash days in a row now. Each time I have to call and ask for them to come and pick up my trash the next day.
I'm updating this post to say I'm still very pleased with Univ Waste service. We live in Rio Comm. Our residential trash has been picked up every week for 5 years. This year, 2025, it has been picked up at exactly the same time every week. They also pick up large items and branches.
