WORST PLACE TO GO TOO! TOOK ME 2 HOURS JUST TO CHECK IN WITH SECURITY LINE WAS ABOUT A MILE LONG JUST TOO ENTER!! THEN THERE IS NO ROOM TO DROP YOUR EMPTY AND THE LOAD WAS BLOCK WITH CONTAINERS!! TOTAL MESS !! STAY AWAY
7+ hours for picking up a load Had to check in at the guard and customer service again at the back of the building , then they will give you a dock number Checked in 30 mins before appointment , they started loading after 4 hours , loading time is about 3 hours Be ready to stay here all day , lazy and rude place
The worst of the worst to pick up freight, 50 minutes wasted just to pick up 2 pallets, after the check in at the security guard I had to go all the way around the building to an office then they send me to a dock which I have to go all the way around the building again then I couldn’t back in then it was too crowded. then I had to go to the office to sign the paperwork, by the time I had to leave I couldn’t get out because they were too many trucks.
