Definitely 5 stars! I am very happy with my experience with Universal. Every staff member that helped me was very pleasant and patient. This year was the first time I chose a set of frames with a nose piece. Having a nose piece doesn't work for me and I went back to Universal multiple times to get the nose piece adjusted. I finally decided that I needed to get new frames without the nose piece as no setting worked for me and the nose piece make indents in my nose.
