Recently had a scan with Ali would definitely use this company again. Booking was easy, when I arrived I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Ali was professional and polite throughout the whole scan, he answered any questions I had and the results and images were emailed to me promptly, Great service

Really wonderful and welcoming team. Lydia is such a generous soul, both her and Dr Ali made me feel so reassured and taken care of. I showed up a little early for my scan but there was no wait, and the team made sure my privacy was respected and reassured me throughout the scan. They sent a report and images to my email, and answered questions I had about it afterwards patiently and informatively. I had such a fantastic experience during my scan today — honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. The environment was clean, calm, and very professional, which immediately put me at ease. Lydia and Ali were simply amazing. Experienced a dull on and off pain in my body, which has lasted for a week or two. I knew if I taken the free healthcare routine I’d be waiting a very long time for a scan, so i decided to go private and found these guys. I booked a breast ultrasound this morning and despite my anxiety I had a very positive experience. Friendly and professional staff, a clean clinic and a thorough examination and explanation. At my previous NHS screening I felt uncared for and only part of my body examined, but Ali and Lydia took their time to reassure me and explain my results to me in a way that I could understand. I also managed to get an appointment the same day I rang which helped to ease my anxiety. A big thank you to the team!
