I had such a good experience at universal ultrasound. I went for a pregnancy scan at 18 weeks and the scan was so thorough and Lydia and the sonographer spoke to me throughout the whole scan which was very reassuring and comforting. The scan itself was longer than any other scans I’ve had at private clinics (they’re usually 5 minutes long) but at universal ultrasound I got to see my baby for 15-20 minutes which was amazing! Really wonderful and welcoming team. Lydia is such a generous soul, both her and Dr Ali made me feel so reassured and taken care of. I showed up a little early for my scan but there was no wait, and the team made sure my privacy was respected and reassured me throughout the scan. They sent a report and images to my email, and answered questions I had about it afterwards patiently and informatively. I had a full abdomen ultrasound scan here today - the service from the moment I walked through the door was impeccable. Staff were polite, welcoming and made me feel at ease. Experienced a dull on and off pain in my body, which has lasted for a week or two. I knew if I taken the free healthcare routine I’d be waiting a very long time for a scan, so i decided to go private and found these guys. A great, friendly diagnostic service! I booked in my appointment last minute on a Sunday, due to ongoing health issues. I utilised the online booking tool to book myself in for a thyroid ultrasound scan. I was warmly greeted, and was seen on time. Lydia and Andrew were really professional, and took the time to explain all the findings in great detail and always checked in on me during the scan.
