I visited this clinic for an early pregnancy scan and the staff were so kind, patient, and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, and they made us feel completely comfortable throughout. The sonographer was gentle, professional, and took time to show and explain what was visible on the screen. Excellent service from beginning to end. The online booking process is clear & straightforward with prompt appointments & a wide variety of time slots throughout the week / weekend. Comprehensive instructions were emailed with an appointment reminder & consent form too. There's free parking just outside & the scan was reasonably priced. Recently took my daughter for a breast scan. Absolutely faultless from start to finish. Booking was really simple from the website. Arriving was simple with on road parking. I would advise leaving a little spare time just incase the area is busy. We were lucky and got parked right outside. The place is clean, the receptionist was fantastic and the dr that saw my daughter was incredibly thorough, polite and thoughtful. Absolutely amazing service! We visited Universal Ultrasound for my son’s leg scan, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they made us feel completely at ease. The sonographer explained everything clearly and handled my son with so much care and professionalism.
