I had such a fantastic experience during my scan today — honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. The environment was clean, calm, and very professional, which immediately put me at ease. Lydia and Ali were simply amazing. I cannot say enough about how relaxed admin and the sonographer made me feel. Finally answers for what was wrong with me and also everything explained. I was able to ask without feeling rushed. Highly highly recommend. Excellent easy to understand report.
I booked a breast ultrasound this morning and despite my anxiety I had a very positive experience. Friendly and professional staff, a clean clinic and a thorough examination and explanation. At my previous NHS screening I felt uncared for and only part of my body examined, but Ali and Lydia took their time to reassure me and explain my results to me in a way that I could understand. I also managed to get an appointment the same day I rang which helped to ease my anxiety. A big thank you to the team!
I went for an ultrasound with my partner for a gender scan, and was meat upon with Nyarie. She was so lovely cracking jokes through out the whole scan. Went in and got seen straight away! Suprised as this placed is a hidden gem and perfect for making you feel welcome and comfortable. Will definitely book again.
Booking my scan was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. Mr Shoaib Ali was extremely thorough during the scans, taking the time to ensure every detail was checked carefully. He was very professional and explained everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and well informed. I was impressed with how quickly I received my report on the same day.
