Bought a spark plug off Ebay from me, chose the cheapest shipping option, after only 5 working days complaining they needed it urgently so I refunded, within 1 hour of refunding they received the spark plug I sent them.. Asked them to pay for it or return at my cost and they have just ghosted me. It is disappointing that such a large business is not willing to pay for goods they have received from a small business... I hope this review was worth the £4.50!!

Been dealing with Universal Tyres Tilbury for a while now and have never been let down! Great customer service and always helpful, just had Peter one of their fitters on site and even though it was raining he didn’t stop smiling through the job…thanks for your continued support
