Can’t understand why anyone would use the national tyre company companies in Harrogate unless they are forced to by having lease or company cars, Quick Fit in Harrogate miserable unfriendly , leave your car for 6 hours while they do a 15 minute job . Universal Tyres , friendly helpfull, honest polite, and will normally turn you round in30/45 minutes , can’t recommend these guys enough , also very competitive on price give them a go
Fantastic service I recieved. I phoned up, agreed a set time slot for the same day. I wanted 4 Valves replacing as the caps were stuck solid plus a screw embedded into one of the tyres. They tried the cheapest option first rather than just going for the worse case option. With some luck I only needed 3 valves and no repair needed. Fantastic result. Friendly and very knowledgable.

Called in at 12.00 with an issue on air valves. Told it was lunch time and to call back at 1.00 Got there at 12.55 to be told 3 jobs in before me and to try later. Not the usual service given here. Unhappy.
