I didn't choose this service centre because they don't know what customer service is. When I inquired about the scheduling, take note this is only for scheduling appointments, he was rude and inconsiderate. I was disappointed that I even reached out to LG to provide any other available service centre aside to this one. Good thing I did call, what more about their service.
