I bought an LG fridge from Trail Appliances, it’s amazing. Used the LG app to call out a technician for an issue with the freezer not cooling. Was told it would be a week before someone could come, then it ended up being the same night. The technician didn’t remove his shoes or place booties on, leaving a salty residue from my front door to my kitchen. Took me a few days to remove the salt grimy from my hardwood floors. Horrific company. How L.G has them as an authorized service provider is beyond me.. Took them over 5 hours to figure out and install a component on my appliance.But ended up making another feature of the appliance inoperable (which was working fine). And they had the nerve to say it was my fault...Absolute amateur and crooks.

Had a warranty claim threw Costco on my t.v. Technician arrived and told me I need a replacement part that would take 2 weeks to order. 5 weeks later the technicians comes back installs part and t.v still didn't work. They then took my t.v to there shop to work on it. I was told they would have it figured out by the end of the week. 3 weeks later they still can't figure it out. 2 months without a t.v or solution. Terrible company and terrible warranty customer service from Costco.
