Awful place. Waited a week for someone to call me back about a warranty claim on my 85”. Finally one guy showed up, couldn’t get it off the wall by himself, so he “diagnosed it” and said he would order parts and get back to us. A week later nothing. Two weeks later I call and they send two guys out saying they have the parts to fix it. Turns out they never ordered parts in the first place. I was worried about the online reviews for this company. However, they handle the Samsung warranty repair for my area. Inder was the tech that came by. He was polite, very knowledgeable, experienced and respectful of the TV screen quality. He had the power board replaced in 15mins and the TV was ready to go. I was notified of the appointment time along with the status of ordering the parts. From beginning to end it was handled very professionally.
I had 3 of 4 Hisense TV's fail exactly the same way. The problem was that you hit the power button .. they power up and show the Hisense logo and then power right back down. (TV's from Visions) under warranty. I was told to take them to UTSC. I personally tested and boxed all 3 in factory TV boxes and styrofoam and dropped them off. I got called to pickup and was told that one had physical damage wasn't covered. He showed me a phone picture of a cracked screen, which I asked them to send me which they did not do.
