Very poor customer service and communication. From the outset, I had to repeatedly follow up just to move the process forward. I was asked about availability, received no response, and then had to chase confirmation multiple times. Each interaction required prompting on my end. I was asked to suggest dates, told they wouldn’t work, and no alternatives were offered. The service sucks. Most ever heard of bs reason from technician regarding my TV. On going for 2 yrs. I had picture to show them, they ask for video, show them video which I recorded watching the NFL game with friends and family and know he is suggesting me to keep setting when that happens. Very disappointing.
We had to use Universal TV Service Centre through our TV warranty, but I would never let these people back in my home. The technician had a really hard time finding the information he needed on our TV, and then left with OUR remote. When we called the company about our remote, they sent us back a different one, THEN said they would order a new one, but never replied after that.
Took 75" Sony almost 7 years old needed a part they couldn't source, charged $40.00 for diagnostics, then left TV for them to do whatever they want with it.
