Truck cap came damaged. Ended up getting a few hundred back for "inconvenience " now less then a year later my 5500$ cap is leaking around both side windows and the back light, resulting in the interior carpet getting wet and moldy. This company is trash, their products are trash, and they install things like amateurs. Would never do business here again.
I found Universal truck accessories a good friendly place to buy accessories for my Van and Truck. I got quite a few expensive accessories this past summer(2025), for my 2022 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss LT. The sales person name Manny was fantastic and polite and very helpful. I really appreciated his kindness for always accommodating my needs. The installation process was friendly but could use some better attention to details. Unfortunately I have to say that after buying a few accessories for my 2022 Chevrolet Trail Boss(Front Grill and LED Floods lights), my experience with the installation of the accessories mentioned above was not a positive one. The installation shop does not know what they are doing! I definitely will not go back. The sales person was really kind and offered me great customer service but the installation was not ok.
