We’re delighted to give Universal Tree Care a five-star review. Our apartment block needed a 40-year-old heritage fig tree trimmed after its branches grew too close to the building. Sam’s team arrived right on time, and the arborist quickly and expertly climbed the tree — the photo from my balcony shows just how high up the work was. A very professional and efficient team of arborists. Sam came out very quickly to view our garden and listened to all our concerns about a very large elder tree which needed removal plus several other bushes and trees and gave considered advice as to which needed removing and which could just be pruned. He and his team came out the following week and completed all the work incredibly quickly and in a safe and efficient manner. Sam is a great communicator and professional who pays attention to detail and does a very thorough job. He and his team removed 5 sick and fallen trees on our property and kept me informed every step on the way. He is also sourcing and planting 5 hard to find native replacement trees within 2 weeks of removal to ensure the best chance of success. Highly recommend!
