My transmission was completely blown. Couldn’t reverse, and when on Drive, it made a nasty clinking noise and wouldn’t go forward. Took it here due to recommendations. They didn’t disappoint one bit. They kept my van for about a week. But the results were amazing! It drives perfect. Transmission is smoother than ever. They’re very detailed and walk thru the process of the repair. Andrew Rios is very helpful. Anyone with car issues, I recommend getting your vehicle serviced here for sure. 10/10
I brought my 2015 infiniti qx50 for transmission issues and Andrew and his team took care of me explain the issues and quoted me a reasonable price . Picked it up and now my car drives smooth thank Universal Transmission!!

unfortunately I did not have have a good experience with this people I took my 2013 Ford Explorer to them for transmission repair we agreed on $2500, I deposited $2000 as requested and I was told that it will be ready in 1-2 weeks but ended with them for 4 weeks I was also charged for $250 for something I could not understand I ended paying $2,750.00. when I took the car, they gave me a 6months warrantee I took the car home and parked since I have two other cars I can use a month later, I took the car out and I was not able ... read more
