From the moment I walked in to the communication during and the accuracy after, Andrew is truly a gem. I’ve never trusted anyone but the dealership to touch my car but he is the most genuine and knowledgeable person I’ve dealt with. I won’t be taking my Audi anywhere else. 🥲 GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!
I have been bringing my cars to these guys over the years and out of all the automotive shops , these guys are truly the best in the business and Andrew was very professional and delivered each and every time on all the car repairs and has given us the best prices in town as he has done for my Odyssey, Celica, and Subaru STI. I have referred my family members and friends who n which they now bring their cars to them for repairs. Truly stellar company these guys are.
The manager (Angel) is very cool and easy to work with. I recommend this location! Even though I took my car there to see what wrong with it was told to me that my transmission was fine but it was not. I spent 3400 dollars last year on a rebuilt transmission and now my transmission is going out with less than 10000 miles driven. (Not at this location the Westpark location) The only issue I have was that the inside of my car was extremely dirty with fingerprints and oil stains.
Andrew was polite and helped us in a timely manner. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell he actually cares about his customers. I would definitely come back again and recommend this place to others!
Great work, fast turn around time, car is running better than ever. Cannot recommend these guys enough.
