DO NOT use them. I completed my closing on June 20, its been a month and they have not sent me the balance back into my account. Horrible customer service, and they stop picking up the phone

I love working with Universal Title. Kristi Krause is an amazing title agent. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and makes my clients feel at ease during closing. UT is my go-to title company.
I was disappointed the settlement attorney did not take the time to review the Alta document with the first time homebuyer. He put the burden on the buyer to say if he wanted him to explain it or not. Also he gave the buyer the whole settlement package to flip through and only leaned over with his pen to briefly explain things. I emailed David Robinson right after closing. He said he'd take my information under advisement. There was no apology for not fully reviewing the settlement statement with my client.
