Do not use them. They cracked the rim. Had tires put on. Please do not use this place, they do not keep records. Your response is making it look like we are at fault. Which is very funny that you are doing this. My daughter did come by there, she would have never said that it is broken (the wheel was cracked she does understand about cars , she was taught!) and she absolutely knew what service was provided. I've been coming here for couple years now and they don't waste any time on helping you, Michelle is very kind and caring I really like her. So if you all need any tires, brakes ect GO there because there very good and great prices!
I found a great deal on 4 tires at UTTC ! Tires mounted and balanced at no additional charge ! No hidden charges. Service was prompt and very professional. Everyone I met was friendly and anxious to help. I highly recommend UTTC !!
Just purchased 4 used tires. Had originally called and asked for the price on 2 tires ($120.) Once I got to the shop I decided to just get all 4. The gentleman checked to make sure he had 4 and told me yes he did. After leaving the shop I realized that 3 of the tires matched and one was different (front left drivers side.) I called the shop to ask about the mismatched tires and the gentleman told me he didn't have a full set and then blamed me for originally asking for 2 then changing it for 4 tires.
