Great Service! Jan is a great person and provides excellent customer service and free advice. The installation of our floor, counters and backsplash went very smoothly. He was on top of his men to get everything installed right and properly.
Good service Jan at Universal Tile is very courteous and eager to please. He will meet the price of others in the area and will make sure a job is done correctly and professionally. He never makes you feel rushed when you you are shopping and looking for a tile. He offers free design service and advises you if a color/product will work .. he just doesn't try to sell you something to make a dollar. We have had many compliments on the work he has done and will use him in the future.
