While the selection of stone is very impressive, the customer service is horrendous. We selected our slab (and paid 60% down) 5 months before our project was ready for final templating. Once GMS did template, it was very difficult to obtain a time estimate for completion. Terry just doesn't respond to inquires. When he finally did, he estimated 3-4 weeks.
