AVOID at all costs. The lady is so unprofessional and rude. She will expect you as a customer to remind her of your appointment bookings and then not pick up your phone leaving you stranded. Don't waste your time and money here, go where you can trust someone to enable you to be stress-free on your big day.
At first this company seemed great, they came to our backyard to measure and were very responsive (this was 8 weeks ago). Fast forward a week after the measurements and I never received a quote. I sent 5-10 emails with no response, and I called 5-10 times over the course of two months. Half the time nobody answered, and the other half of the time someone told me that they would get back to me by the end of the day.
