I went to Universal Tech because I heard a weird sound under my hood. When he diagnosed it he told me I needed a valve adjustment so we went ahead and did that. I went to pick it up but still heard the sound. He did give me a discount for not fixing the problem but he forgot to mention he broke my oil dip stick and glued it back together horribly. Also later on I started noticing an oil leak which I never had. So to sum it all up I spent a unnecessary $500 to now have to spend for even more thanks man..
Have appt to repair car AC...so no report on their work.. but office was super friendly..mechanics I super briefly spoke to were nice. I'm looking forward to getting my AC fixed... and they seem to be a busy place... which tells me they do a steady volume of business..bad garage wouldnt be so steadily busy. PRICES quoted seemed very reasonable and in range with other phone quotes I got.
Great place to do business with. Technician was very helpful, knowledgeable & polite. Prices for service's are very reasonable.
