I’ve graduated in 2010. I lost some of my certifications because I have not used it. I’ve called many times over the years trying to get it. I’m told I would receive a call back and never do. I finally called corporate and the reception doesn’t even have proper phone etiquette because she refuses to give her name like it’s a secret or something. Now I called and left a message with their regional director and waiting for a response. If it’s this hard to get a copy of certifications then the degree becomes useless. I will upd... read more
