Bad customer service. I went to get help to do my personal taxes and the person in charge has zero respect when he ask for the documents that he needs. He didn’t give me confidence because of the way he talked to me and treated me. I don’t recommend this place.

Please save yourself your time. After Osvaldo Magdaleno, scheduled an appointment on a Saturday, he declined seeing me at 10:30 am (because they were closed). Seriously, poor customer service, really rude, and seems not wanting to help the customer. I never provide reviews, but I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through.
