My mother had Ron do her taxes for many years and seemed quite satisfied. I arranged for UTC to do her taxes in her later years with success. I asked and UTC agreed to do her 2022 taxes, albeit in early April; however I have not heard anything since. Is Ron still alive? I've called and left messages the past few weeks without any response. I don't think I can currently recommend this outfit to anyone.
