Very helpful and respectful people the staff rock from the guys in the back all the way to Dave and mike and the drivers are helpful and on time. Definitely recommend you get your stuff from them
I had never used universal before. Ordered through them because one of my old contacts started working there. Order came in wrong despite my conversations with the gentlemen I originally ordered them through who no longer worked there. They nailed me for an additional $700 and I can’t accept that. Wasn’t my mistake. That is why I’ll never go back even if they’re the last outfit that has whatever I need.
