I have been going to universal strength and wellness for a few months now from ongoing pain after a car accident and I am so glad I was referred to these ladies! They all know what they are doing and have made a huge impact on my recovery. I can finally sleep on my side again without waking up multiple times at night. They truly know what they are doing and are super consistent each time, knowing exactly where my pain is and are masters at working out all my knots! I would highly recommend Universal Strength and Wellness. I have had the awesome experience of getting a few massages from there and I have to say Laura was AMAZING with getting to the knots out of my back and neck by using those trigger points, I came out feeling like a new person! Krysta is also wonderful and well-trained. I see so many athletes coming out of there as I am lucky enough to work close by, I can't wait to go back! Amazing staff. Incredible service, reasonably priced. Highly recommend. I see Steph and she's incredible, pays attention to detail, listens to my requests. All around awesome place!!
