I have known Krista for a long time now and she has put everything into this passion of hers. All of her clients come first, her space is beautiful, she goes above and beyond. Absolutely my only recommendation as far as massage and wellness services go. 11/10

I would highly recommend Universal Strength and Wellness. I have had the awesome experience of getting a few massages from there and I have to say Laura was AMAZING with getting to the knots out of my back and neck by using those trigger points, I came out feeling like a new person! Krysta is also wonderful and well-trained. I see so many athletes coming out of there as I am lucky enough to work close by, I can't wait to go back! Thank you, Krysta and Laura, keep doing what you're doing!

Had an awesome experience here! To start, booking online was super easy. I followed the signs and was easily able to find their location! Krysta was excellent - she asked questions before we started and checked in throughout the massage to ensure I was comfortable. She was knowledgeable and I feel like she helped me understand some of my problem areas a little more! I got the best deep tissue massage ever. Can’t wait to come back!!

I tried a Thai Massage from Laura for the first time today! Laura listened to my body and tailored the massage to my needs (as she does with all other massage types). The Thai massage seemed less invasive than a Swedish or deep tissue massage and I enjoyed learning a bit about this “new to me” massage technique.
