Mini Mall Storage, in Bristol, TN, is a great place to store your items. It is secure, clean, and the personnel who work there are all very nice. I have stored household items at Mini Mall Storage for about a year, and have never experienced any issues. I have spoken to both Justin and Lindsey, both have great interpersonal skills, and both care about their customers. I recommend Mini Mall storage to anybody looking for a safe, secure, and clean place to store items.
When I first got into town I found Universal Storage. I was very happy with my experience with them. Then for some reason they sold to I guess this group. The price of my unit increased over time. The last extra was $25/ months for insurance. Now there utilities added, handling fee, administrative fees. $5 dollars here $ 6 dollars there etc. $275 goes up to $318/ months with all the additional fees.
